I am current Resident in Morning side. I had talked to the Management regarding transferring my lease to a new apartment within Morning side as I was ending my short term lease. The management had told me that I could take a short term lease with them again and quoted me the rental price for the short term lease. They had requested that on the day of moving I should just check in with them to collect my keys as their System was not working in order to put me in the system. However, upon meeting them on the day of moving they mentioned that I would be able to move in as the lease was suppose to be for a year and not short term and that the management officer was not aware of this rule. The management had failed to inform me this information despite meeting them 3 times regarding my move. The management team is rude and has failed to know its own policy of renting an apartment in Morning side. I have decided not to renew my lease agreement with such inefficient and rude management team.
