I lived at Morningside for a year and some change. I LOVED my 2bed/1bath apartment. Initially, they tried to stick me in a non-renovated apartment which I heard was not as good (roaches!). I did get a newer apartment and once in, I never really had complaints. The rent is pricey, and if your late on payment expect for your rent to sky rocket the following year. Rental policies are confusing and depending on who you talk to at the office, they will give different answers. Overall, I would still live there...the rent just got toooo high (I was paying $925/month). Maintenance is on top of their game...every time I called, they were there that day or bright and early the next. They do enter the apartment freely. If you call...they ARE coming!
