Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
Though one of less expensive apartments in Owings Mills, it is also one of the worst! ***The neighbors above sound like a herd of buffalo. You can also hear people racing up and down the hall stairs.
***There are often lights out in the hallways, so you cannot always safely get to your apartment.
***I had NEVER had roaches until I moved here! Everything was fine for awhile. Then they had an exterminator come in to get rid of the roaches in the building next door, and the stupid critters traveled to our building.
***There was broken glass from a car window in the parking for MONTHS before anyone cleaned it up. (The car still sat in the parking lot with a busted window.)
***The hallways (like everything else) aren't kept especially clean.
***The list could continue, but I think that's enough.
