Where do I begin'... we've lived here far too long, and currently looking to move out of this dump when our lease is up in the fall. Please consider somewhere else to live,it's very unsafe here, especially if you've got kids!! This place used to be somewhat decent, now its deteriorating at a fast rate due to drugs, violence,Section 8, and the element that all that mess brings with it. There is trash everywhere, gang taggings on the laundry room walls, junky furniture on the patios, feral cats in the neighborhood everywhere,it's pretty damn bad. I just received a recorded message from Baltimore Co. Police last week on my machine stating to be aware of car thieves in my neighborhood-lovely!
We unfortunately live on the 2nd floor, and are bombarded by constant noise every night from a herd of young guys above us, who on a nightly basis make sleep impossible by stomping around at all hours. If I wasn't convinced they are drug dealers,I might think a bunch of vampires live up there, because there is noise- ALL NIGHT LONG. Yelling, banging doors, different people coming in/out all hrs. of the night, stomping, crashing, mattresses squeaking to no end(from you know what)...who the ----- knows what else'! Management refuses to intervene, even though they are breaking rules on their lease by disturbing the peace after hours. They tell us "call the police." Nice. This place is a joke, don't waste your money! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Thank you Mr. Rogers:
I wish you the best because I went through the exact same situation as you in Montgomery Village, MD, Montgomery County, MD Condo's named Normandy 1&2. I know that U.S.Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) enforces the federal housing laws and rules to most subsidized and non-subsidezed housing and apartments. It may take a few letters to the director of HUD but it is worth. Let's face it, landlords do not want to lose money so that is why we are suffering so bad with the bad people in good neighborhoods. I got rid of a slumlord. It took me one year to do so but I had him shut down by writing letters to my state housing authority and U.S.Dept. of HUD. People should know that they have a right to report deteriorating living dwellings and dangerous neighbors Anonymously. I hope this information helps anyone who have suffered like you, me and so many others.
