I lived in Owings Park for approximately 6 months and was harrassed by maintenance and the manager the entire time. Maintenance would enter my apartment without warning, stole my camcorder and a ring my grandmother had given me. They refused to fix any of my problems, including a fire alarm hanging out of the ceiling and a stove that was too close to the cabinents. I finally broke my lease and moved out after my kitchen cabinents caught fire due to faulty installation of the oven. Not to mention that fact that I lived right next door to the maintenance man who refused to fix my things. The staff is rude and parking is horrible. They say you are able to park along curbs, however, they had my car towed. Please beware if you are considering moving here. They are relatively cheap for the area, and I now know why. More than likely, you parked your car in a no parking zone...they do have those, you know. I lived right near maintenance, as well, adn NEVER had an issue. Legally, that could have been a huge issue for the complex, so if the problem wass really that bad, maybe you should have taken the proper steps rather than bitching about it here. get a life!

I am currently living here and can say that the maintenance sucks in these apartments, they can be a pain in the wrong place, never come to fix things on time and when they do come have to make multiple trips to fix something simple..I wonder how the maintenance guy is able to hold to his job being so rude and inept at fixing even simple things...oh maybe because he is married to one of the office staff!!
