i truly believe that these are isolated issues that can happen at any apartment complex! Hearing noise...if you want solitude buy a house! You live in an apartment what do you expect! As far as the other incidents...people come on if you lived at any complex in Maryland or abroad you could possible encounter the same things!!! I would never base my decision to move into Owings Park on your ecperiences because I have a mind of my own and have been living at Owings Park since it opened in 2002 and have NEVER EVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM!!! IT IS A KNOWN FACT YOU CANNOT PLEASE EVERYBODY!!!
