Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007

I lived at Owings Park Apartments for a year, 2006-2007. I lived in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor - I had an infant, at the time, which made it really difficult to get up and down the steep flights of stairs, but overall it was worth it. I would definetly go back.
At the time, my rent was being increased which priced me out the market to live there, so I had to transfer to another community. I feel the price for the apartment, at the time I paid $1045, was very reasonable for what was offered. Full size washer and dryer, in seperate laundry room, off kitchen, huge kitchen, with lots of counter space and a huge wrap around granite counter top/bar. I had huge walk-in closets and both bedrooms were incredible!
I have no complaints, except that the office staff could be a little more personable. I work in Property Management and you are dealing with people who are making their community, their "home". I recently heard that they hired a new leasing consultant, so I am hoping she is a lot better!
