I lived there for 2 years.
Pro's:
Nice looking property, Garages are convienent, car wash on grounds. The porter was helpful, but he has left the property. Close to everything in Owings Mills.

Cons:
They look nice from the outside, but aren't put together very well. The walls are very thin, like most apartments. The fitness center is very small, and the pool is small also. The office staff is very wishy washy, some days they are nice other days they act like they never knew you. Maintenance is lazy. Also this is the only place I have lived where they are constantly in and out of your apartment for inspections, or whatever else they can come up with. They also dont have anything for small kids, like a playground or play area. Also some pet owners do not pickup after there pets(not managements fault). Closets are small, and kitchen is oversized.

All in all its an ok place but for the money I would probably keep shopping.
