Please beware before you decide to rent an apartment here. I lived in this complex for 1 year. I could hear everything that went on in the apartments next to me, above, and below me. The walls are paper thin. The office staff was very rude as well. The two ladies who run the office are not the type of people I would want at the front of my business. They act grumpy every time I have ever called of stopped in to see them. The price is very high for what you get. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you like hearing your neighbors talk, cook, and have sex. There is very little parking at nights and on the weekends.

I am currently living here and can say that the maintenance sucks in these apartments, they can be a pain in the wrong place, never come to fix things on time and when they do come have to make multiple trips to fix something simple..I wonder how the maintenance guy is able to hold to his job being so rude and inept at fixing even simple things...oh maybe because he is married to one of the office staff!!

I never had an issue with the maintenance guy but I did have issues with the ladies in the office. Talk about double standards. One day I went to the office and made a comment about the dog running around the park without a leash. The lady jumped up to look out the window, because it is agaist the rules. Once she noticed it was her dog and husband she just sat down and smiled. They also close the office early many days a week and always take long weekend. I had a very hard time getting packages because I work during the day. I lived there for a year and hated it. I do not recommend anyone living here. The outside looks nice, but the buildings are built very poor. You can hear everything and parking sucks.
