Living in Owings Park Apartments is terrific! The apartments are spacious, bright and have the most amazing walk-in closets. My unit faces the woods and feels totally private. The staff has also been terrific. We've had few problems, but the ones we did have were met with a competent maintanance team who were polite and accomidating. In addition, the pool is always sparkling clean with a very professional lifeguard who makes me feel safe in allowing my son to swim whenever the mood arises. Not to mention, the proximity to 795/695 is ideal! I highly recommend Owings Park Apartments. If I were staying in MD, I wouldn't live anywhere else!
