We were in a hurry to find a place as we were relocating, was driving past this place and found them to be nice. The leasing office staff was very rude from get go ( maybe I should have taken that as a hint). After we moved in we realized the apartment was not even cleaned properly, when we called to report it they were like you might have to clean it!!! A lot of stuff was broken, the bathroom doors wouldn't lock, sinks were broken, garbage disposal wasn't working and when the maintainence guys came, they were very rude, saying the previous renter had no problem with all these..they would have to come in multiple times to fix a simple thing. We once called during office hours on a friday afternoon to report a clogged toilet and no one came for hours then we called the emergency line, still no one..called the next day to be told that it was not a emergency!! the reason being we have 2 bathrooms imagine the whole family (with kids) having to use one bathroom for the entire weekend..never had such a response from any of the apartments we lived in till date.

Bottom line we are planning to leave and I wouldn't recommend this place ever..the property manager and the office staff are very rude..don't know how they ended up there.

Pros: Close to shopping area, looks decent but the management takes away the pleasure of living there as they are a pain to deal with!

Cons: The gym is joke..very tiny and they hardly have anything there!
Swimming pool is small and am not sure how often it is cleaned.
The walls are very thin, I can hear the people above me distinctly.

I would like to know why you would sign a lease and move in if you have experienced these problems from the get go. You must not be very smart. I have lived here for over three years. I have never had any problems with the office staff nor maintenance. The office and maintenance has always been cooperative and friendly. (It must be you) When I moved in, my apartment couldn't have been any cleaner. The fitness center is always clean and the equipment is always working well. The fitness center has everything I need to excersie. ( I don't know whay gym you saw.) If managment takes away your pleasure of living there, WHY ARE YOU THERE? I am sure if you ask them, they would be more than happy to let you break your lease so you can go to another complex and complain about them too. It seems to me you will never be happy anywhere you live. You must be a very unhappy person with your whole life because you have complained about everything that you could possibly complain about. If you owned your own home, would you complain to the mortgage company? NOT

PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THE RUDE & HORRIBLE MAINTAINENCE AT YOUR BELOVED APARTMENTS BEFORE YOU START WRITING AN ABUSING MEAN RESPONSE!! Well to start with I don't have to give you my IQ score for you to judge my smartness!! People do encounter some rudeness and may be think that the staff is having a bad day instead of thinking that this is how they are forever! And by the way I think you are VERY RUDE & MEAN to make a statement such as "It seems to me you will never be happy anywhere you live. You must be a very unhappy person with your whole life because you have complained about everything that you could possibly complain about." I DONT WANT YOU TO JUDGE ME OR MAKE STATEMENTS ABT MY LIFE JUST BCOZ I GAVE A FRANK OPINION ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE...AND LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE A PERSON WITH A LOT OF NEGATIVITY AND MEANNESS!
