Well,
The management team is sweet, but generally good for nothing but a smile. As a community to advertise as "luxury", they certainly do not hold up to that end if the bargan. The apartments are open and spacious, and that's a plus, but I wouldn't go bragging about them to friends and family. The kitchen is in dire need of some remodeling because the white cabinets w/ oak trim looks really cheesy. The patio's here are also a joke. They are tiny, look very flimmsy, and I never stepped foot on mine because of it.
There are MUCH nicer apartments in Owings Mills that are quieter and all around nicer for not much more at all. I suggest taking a look them. One of the only plus's I give this compley is their dog policy. They are very friendly to large dogs, and that's pretty much the only reason I lived here. Now that Riverstone around the corner is leasing, I will move there for more real "luxury"
