I have moved around a lot with my career and was concerned about my relocation to Maryland; however, I must admit between the staff (leasing office) and the new management I have been made to feel like an important person. Honestly, I feel like I am part of a family. The maintenance people are so polite and are always a huge help. One day, after hours, one of them helped me move my TV upstairs: now that is a giving community. Many other communities I visited I found them to be snooty, rude, and not at all caring toward my needs. I must give credit where credit is due - I see the management at Owings Run taking big strides toward many improvements within my community. I personally want to thank them and would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for not just another place to live, but a HOME!
