i have lived there since 9/03 and i am happy with the price of the floor plans, they are quite spacious for my needs. however, it takes several attempts and a long time to get minor repairs done. i had a broken toilet seat for about 3 months and told them about it about 6 times. there is a gated acess but they are worthless, the guy at the gate is hardly there and one time i rolled up on him sleeping i sat there watching him for about 3 min before honking him and waking him up. i will say that when something major breaks like a garbage disposal or a flooded living room, the are quick for emergency service. the maintenence crew are very nice, when they get working.
