Owings Run Apartments are nice spacious apartments. The grounds are up kept very nicely. Everything else about this property is a big joke. The gated community is a laugh. There is no point of the gate house. It is left unattended more than it is attended and when someone is there, they are talking on the phone, sleeping or they simply let just anyone through.

The management staff is friendly and that's it. They are unprofessional and good for nothing. They promise you the world and deliver nothing. When there is a problem in your apartment, it takes several phone calls and letters to get anything accomplish.

The maintenace staff for the most part are polite but good for nothing as well.

The property is going down. It appears that thier selection of tenants are declining. Due to the rapid departure of tenants anyone is allowed to move in.
