It was getting worse a long time ago

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
We moved out in Dec 2002. And am I glad we did. The dumpsters were always overflowing, maintenance sucked, and the office staff was totally unreliable.
The only reason that we moved there, and I suspect a lot of people use this, was that they accepted big dogs. The price was ok for the apartment size, but once the clientele became shady, 2 murders in the first group of apartments and a double homicide at the complex up the street, it was time to buy a house in the country. And "gated," who came up with that. Just say that you "are there to see Bob in 4" and they just wave you in. Secure' HA!
