Owings Run is a convenient place to live in New Town Village! If you love to take walks and run, you will like it here! People are very friendly, office staff is going through some changes, but thats ok. The pool is great. Maintenance is good as long as you stay on top of your requests. If they dont fix your request in 24 hours, you get 1 days rent FREE! Not bad deal!!
