you can be the perfect tenant and follow MD real estate law and your lease to the letter and they'll still screw you over when you move out and come up with over $4000 in bogus charges. STAY AWAY.

Oh please let us know how you make out in court. Maryland is a very tenant friendly state and IF any of the charges are bogus I'm sure you'll do well. I suspect that you did not follow the lease as strictly as you have eluded to though.
