Loud cars, loud radios,gangs of kids roaming the parking lots. Poor clearing of snow and ice. trash blowing around from poorly repaired dumpster enclosures. Poor noise insulation. Eviction notices attached to lobby walls. "Abandoned cars everywhere. Lovely picture, isn't it'...And there indeed section 8 reswidents!

Section 8 is required by law in Maryland. Yup. No matter what community you go to there will be section 8.
