after reading these reviews I felt I needed to relate my experiences living in this neighborhood for nearly 3 years. This was a wonderful place to live and I can't say enough good things about it - its quiet with a great location, the apartments are a bit dated, however I found them to be maintained well. Maintenance requests that I filed online in the afternoon were often complete by the time I got home from work. a pipe breaking upstairs flooded my closet - middle of the night they were out there, over the next two days they emptied, replace carpet, drywall, baseboards and refunded me for my damaged property without so much as a hassel -

the person pointing out that eviction notices were in the lobby was accuarate - they do have a strict no tolerance for late rent - however did it occur to you that they are placed in plain view to emabarrass people to being more responsible'
as for the gentleman complaining that he was charge to leave - after 2 1/2 years I made a move to a house less than a mile away - I talked to the leasing office, gave 60 day notice, broke my lease and moved with no charge/penalty - they even refunded my full security deposit in under 30days - w/out me even needing to be present for the inspection. there are kids in the neighborhood, they do play outside and can get loud in the summer months - its a safe area for them to play (very few places can kids play outside like that anymore).
all in all - living here was a wonderful experience, it was bittersweet to leave, but should circumstances warrent, I would live here again in an instant.
