Upon first viewing these apartments my family & I loved them. The area seemed peiceful and quiet, and the leasing Agent Candice ( which I will admit was the only positive in our renting experience) was very sweet, showed us the model and we were sold on the unit. Thats the last of the positive experiences... the trash people come at the crack of dawn, I often wake up to either the trash man... the HORRIBLE maintenance people ( they have these annoying LARGE trucks that make a loud beeping noise when they back out of the front row parking spaces that they take front rent paying tennants, or the 400 pound ( what I can only assume are gymnist living above me) There are SWARMS of horrible behaved children in this community running thru halls, we've had kids leaning aganist our cars making out, and also had children running up to our patio door and yelling inside. The children here are rarely ever behaved. Seriously, the children here are a nightmare. Makeout sessions in the parking lot, driving thru the lots at 4am with loud music..etc...

The maintenance people are horrible ( as previously stated) our toilet went out on St Patricks day... we called the rental office and were informed someone would be out there in the next few hours... no one arrived, we called again and a VERY VERY rude man arrived at our door, and said he " didn't have to come out to fix this, we needed to be glad- it was a holiday" They park the maintenance golf carts and trucks in resident parking, once a maintenance truck was parked sideways thru 4 parking spots. Also the heating/air vent in the master bedroom hasn't worked since we moved in 6 months ago, maintenance staff has been notified numerous times.

Yesterday when returning home from work a maintenance employee was parking in front of the door speaking in graffic detail about sleeping with his girlfriend on the phone to someone... in broad day light... with tennants in plain sight.

Further more.... they advertise this as a "gated/ gaurded" community... what they mean is they pay a guy to sit in a small box on the phone all night... nothing at all is " gaurded". The gate is always open... no one every stops you.

I do admit the fitness center is a plus for this community, one of thier only good points.

The model home is nice... but basically what you get is a stripped down version of that model. It is NOT worth the money at all. I guess if you have horrible unbehaved children that you do not supervise this may be the place for you.
