Future residents should know the following about this apartment community before considering renting:

1. 24h maintenance response is a lie. I lived over two years here and my door bill was out of service for most of my stay in-spite of several online and phone requests. they come late and repair it to go down again after few weeks. This happened almost ten times, then I gave up and agreed to live without a door bill.

2. Guarded Community '. It is common to enter the community with no guard after 7 pm. This happens almost once a week.

3. They don't respond to e-mails. You have to call them and tell them that you sent an e-mail for them to respond to it.

4. One time I received a court order for not paying the rent for a month I paid one month in advance... without even contacting me.
