I currently live in Owings Run and I really like it.

The Good: Gym is on site, washer and dryer are in each apartment, grounds are well kept and clean, parking is pretty ample.

The Bad: Our apartment was not clean when we moved in (half full soda in fridge, blinds in very bad shape, cracked toilet, hole in screen of window.

Our upstairs neighbor is extremely loud but not there often. I do not ever hear anything from my other neighbors that I share the floor with. The office staff is kind of dumb and their policies are sometimes ridiculous but the manager on site is very good and will help you out.
