We've lived here for 2 years and hate it. Can't wait to find a new place to live. Maintenance is completely unreliable. We had our water heater bust and waited over 7 hours to have it fixed with zero access to running water. Turns out the hold up was because maintenance changed the water heater in THE WRONG apartment!! Additionally the grounds are always cluttered with trash. The "guard" at the entrance of the building is usually asleep or on the phone while on duty. It's a joke. I go in person to the leasing office to put in requests. Even then I don't feel like I'm being taken seriously. For the amount of money we pay to live here we expect quite a bit more.
