Never any issues

Some people have the nerve to talk. You can't believe everything you
read. I live here for about 4 years with my child and the only issue
that I ran into has been parking. I'm very upset to see that one's
opinion is that negative. Some points of interest:
o Lights are out in the building as stated. If a light blows out,
a call is place and the light is replace. (It may take longer if it has to be
order)
o Painters Mills has no control over police helicopter flying in
our area.
o Residents who own cars, which are most of them, are allowed to
pull up or
leave with their radio playing. If something that simple bothers you
than you need to be death.
o Police are rarely called to this area unless someone has some
issues
within their household.
o If I have any problems in my apartment, I call the rental office
and in a day or two the issue is resolve. THAT'S A FACT!
In spike of what one angry tenant may have to say, I enjoy living here.
If they were that unhappy why didn't you move a long time ago' It's
always one in the bunch.
The property is well maintained and buildings are kept up on a monthly
basis. I love this area, your it near the mall, 795 and most cool
restaurants. My friends and family love the area as well.
