I was very impressed with the complex and apt as I moved in. The view from the 4th floor was great. The problems are:
1. Mangement - not friendly and not helpful after encountering problems.
2. The building is not well built. The building I moved into was just built when I moved in. My apartment was not next to the elevator or even on the same side of the building as the elevator, but I could hear the elevetor bell no matter where I was inside the apt. You could hear people walking in the hallways.
3. parking situation is getting bad as more apartments were rented. If you return late at night take a bottle of water for hiking from your car to your building.
