I laugh out loud at the reviews that are posted because I was lucky enough to move at the beginning of the madness and new managaement around Red Run. When my family moved to Red Run I thought we had finally found an apartment that was everything we wanted. Nice staff, nice grounds reasonable rent and decent neighbors. And it was for a year until these idiots moved in upstairs. If it wasnt for my wife and daughter I would have went to jail for assault. These people were ridiculous. Constant stomping and loud noise. After several arguments with this jerk(I went banging on his door) my wife took the high road (before I got violent)and contacted the rental office by letter three times. To my surprise they handled the situation and had the idiots move to another apartment. My excitement was short lived because now this place is open to section 8 housing. Im no snob because growing up my mom and I were very poor and Im not rich now but I see a definite corralation between the decline of my complex and the section 8. People with no handicap tags park in the handicap spots with no regard for people who really need it. Especialy this one ugly chick with a silver Mercedes truck. I would say something to these people but my wife is home with my kids alone during the day and I know I would lose my mind if someone said something to them. Oh did I forget someone was robbed in the parking lot a week ago. Oh yeah remember the idiots they were replaced by louder idiots. I have decided not to complain. I have decided to move my family to another complex which will be our last apartment en route to purchasing a house. Ahhhh Red Run how far you've fallen.

what part of the complex do you live in?

i lived in the center building to the left of the rental office front door. I think it was 4318

I have got to get out of this place. I asked rental office if they accepted Section 8, their response was "we cant discrimate, if they qualify, we will rent to them." Whatever. Nice excuse for just getting anyone to rent. Where was this robbery?
