The individual who wrote the last review is an individual who will obviously never be satisfied with where he lives. He does not like noise, but does not want to live on an upper floor. The office team is etremely professional, and as he has stated, they do take care of problems between residents and find solutions to overcome the issues.

I dont mind acceptable noise from other apartments music parties etc. you have to expect that living in a apartment but when your chandelier shakes and people are awakened from deep sleeps from stomping than I have a problem. The staff of Red Run is extremely personable and professional but they can not control the conduct of there tenants

I'm a prospective tenant moving from Jersey and is considering Red Run. In regards to the previous review, I didn't read anything that said this tenant did not want to live on an upper floor. Also, just because someone is unhappy with the noise does not mean he is "an individual who will obviously never be satisfied with where he lives". Don't be so sensitive and quick to judge. It is perfectly reasonable to be unhappy with excessive noise that goes beyond the normal "apartment living noise" that you expect. (Especially when you are paying $900-$1100 rent.) Anyway, I consider myself to be pretty noise tolerant so hopefully if I do move to Red Run this will not be a problem for me.
