Water bills are crazy. I lived alone and was hardly in my apartment yet paid abysmally high amounts monthly. management was non responsive to concerns on the same. At night, you can constantly hear the elevator bell, and the sounds of residents walking in the apartment upstairs. last year, someone was shot in an apartment opposite mine. The police, forensic teams, and fire departments came yet the management never even let the residents know about it.

i agree the water bill can be high, but how much was your bill on average? and why do you want to know the details of the shooting? If you're so sure you know the details about it that should suit you or go ask the neighbor if you must be so nosey. Also, have you now moved/planned to move due to these problems?

i think we have a right as people who live here to know if there has been assault with a deadly weapon across the hall. I agree with the original poster of this comment. We need to know if its ok to walk our dog at night, and apparently it isn't. No one needs details but we sure as hell should be allowed to know if someone used a gun next door to shoot another living being. Off topic- why do the "Jam" groundskeeping people need to be on one side of the apartment complex "working" for the entire day? I have to hear "WHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRR" Of mowers and, most useless of all, leaf blowers ALL DAY LONG except when they take lunch and a nap at 12pm. I work at night so it is exceptionally annoying- and confounding. Its not like there's acres of land to mow.
