As a contractor I travel and have the need to stay in APT s from time to time
RED RUN is a nice please to live, ,, but as others have stated the grounds are
not kept in the best shape, MANY disabled cars in the lots so parking is an issue.
One section is very old and needs repair and paint. Prices are high for what you
Get, and at times it is hard to reach people in the office either they are out or just
too busy to hear the issues. Many people park in the streets again because of the
parking issues. My APT was clean when I moved it, would have liked to have a
larger one, but these are not very large even with loft apt is small, VERY little
storage are s in the APT s, or NONE, so bring only what you re going to use

I lived here for two years. you are exactly right about the disabled cars. There are two cars near my apt that have never moved since the day I moved in! Taking up prime parking spots, too! Finally, one day, the management put an orange towing sticker on (only) one of the cars (after somebody smashed the whole front bumper off). The sticker said that the car would be towed away after whatever date. Big surprise: that date came and went. Car is still there... only now it has an ugly, faded, unreadable orange sticker on the windshield.

It's true about the large amount of disabled cars. But, I would MUCH rather have a few parking spaces wasted than have to do sometthing like having parking stickers! I will be really angry if management ever decides to require parking stickers. Stickers are such a pain for visitors and mess up your car. There are always plenty of parking spaces available at the complex you just have to walk to one of the farther away parking areas.
