I posted a positive review about this complex a while ago, but since the management changes, the place seems to be taking a downward turn. Luckily, they've managed to keep the maintenance supervisor and some of his staff who are excellent, but like the last poster said, some of them can be messy. It boils down to getting the right person to fix the problem. As for phase I being dank, I'll have to disagree. If you want to pay the extra $200-$400 to say you live in a shoddy construct with more expensive garage parking and a car wash bay that's often broken just for the benefit of an elevator, be my guest.
However, the entire leasing office staff has changed and that is a serious problem because no one working in there seems to have sense except for the director, who should be able to rely on the other staff but unfortunately has the place run by fools. I have some words of advice to JPI... BRING BACK AUBREY AND NICOLE!!! I think I'll just find another Dolben complex as soon as my lease is up. Unfortunately I renewed with JPI before I realized just how inept their office staff are, but I'm willing to break my lease to relieve myself of the headache.
