RED Run has the worst managment. They will try to charge you for everything when you move out. Expect to spend 800-1500 when you move out in BS charges for things outside of the normal wear and tear. The staff is rude and so are the maintence people. Oh yeah, make sure you run to your appartment when going accross the parking lot. We have seen one mugging and heard of anouther. Good luck there!! Oh also forgot, pray your AC doent break, it will take them 4 tries or more to fix it, while your AC runs all day when your not home because it does not work.

I would be interested to know exactly what kinds of things they are trying to charge for because I am already scheduled to move out. JPI management took over about a year ago and the quality of the management just keeps getting worse and worse. The good residents are moving out rapidly and questionable ones are replacing them. It won't be much more than a year or two until the transformation is complete and Red Run is as bad as most of the other apartments in the area. Potential future residents should look deeper than the "overall" rating on this web site because that includes the many good ratings from previous years. Look at how few "recommended" ratings there are since JPI took over.

I moved out of Red Run in July 2007, leaving the apartment spotless. When I received my final statement a month or so later, I was astonished to see that I had been charged for "deep carpet cleaning". I contacted the office and complained and was told that the carpet cleaner had to take extra measures to "save the carpet". I'm telling you the carpet was in the exact condition it was in when I moved in there a year earlier. I went back and forth with them for weeks until I adamently told them that I refused to pay the carpet cleaning bill. Never heard from them again but has left a bad taste in my mouth to this day. I was a model tenant and they still tried to stick it to me.
