DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! The rental office staff keep terrible records. They are always behind in their bookkeeping, over charge in water bills. No one can keep track of payments, and proof of receipts are never given. Management office consistently showed lack of respect towards residents, spoke down to residents like children. Dog poop is everywhere!! DO NOT LET CHILDREN WALK IN THE GRASS!! Fires, car thefts, and breaking and entering have occurred on a regular basis, illegal parking all the time...when compliants are given no one does anything about it. I would not recommend renting from Red Run Apartments.
