I love my apartment! It is spacious, comfortable, and I have great neighbors. Funny how people only take the time to say thing Anonymously when they're unhappy. Well, I've never gotten better service! I needed a smaller apartment. It could not have been any easier. I've been here a couple years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Tamara in the office was outstanding! She took the time to find the right apartment for me - size & price. My move from one apartment to another was easy. The transfer fee $300 was hard to fathom but when they explained how in the course of a year how much money I'd save, it was worth.

Sure they are nice before you move in. After that, the rental office screws up your billing every couple of months, treats you like dirt when you go in to get it fixed, and then offers no apology.

The reason most folks submit anonymous complaints is we don't need to give management any more reasons to cop any more attitudes than they already have. The problem rests squarely with the folks in the office, this used to be a wonderful place. Not any more.

Everything is excellent before you move in. Once you move in and after initial lease when you renew lease and have some trouble. Maintainance is WORST... In Winter my fire place was not working.. someone comes and fixes and again its broken they will take 2-3 week or more than that to come and fix it... again it stop working... They charge 25$ for the same but it hardly worked for us... and we just have to pay money for the facility which HARDLY works. Even with kids they don't repairt stuff like laundry room doors or broken glass or bathroom doors... Rediculous.... Very Very Poor Maintainance... I called office thrice no response after 2 weeks...
