This is the worst place that I ever lived and I have only lived here for 30 days. Moving in there are many red flying bugs surrounding the sinks and bathtub. Move in conditions were horrible. The bathtub had not been re-done. The microwave doesn't work and the nasty A$$ red flying bugs. I have called rental office followed by corp office and no resp til date. So yes I am being charged high A$$ rent for a poor quality apt. Calling the rental office one leasing agent speaks very broken english and is pretty much useless. This is a first for me I moved from a place were the maintenance was excellent, so from that to this is quite a transition. My next move is rent escrow because with the enfestation of flying bugs I have a case. I am very temted to sub-let the damn place.I HATE THIS PLACE AND THE MANAGEMENT STAFF I WORK TOO HARD TO SURVIVE AND GET SO POOR QUALITY. WHEN I COME HOME I AM SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO RELAXE IN THE COMFORT OF MY HOME, BUT THE TINY A$$ BUGS SURROUNDING MY FACE WHEN I ENTER PREVENT ME FROM THAT.

Yessss!!!! I agree with you totally!!!! I am a former resident and I had the same problem from the first day that I moved in. I've never had bugs in my life and as soon as a move to Red Run its horrible!!!!When you call in request, the staff is so rude! Especially the so called screamin demon of a manager.
