Don't live here

I've been living here for 8 months now and so far i'm thinking of moving out after my lease. If you are heading towards I-795 & I-695 the traffic is horrible especially during the school season even though its only 1 exit away. You cannot take the first entrance since you might get side swipe by speeding motorist on lakeside blvd. I usually take the 2nd entrance on the backside so I can see the incoming traffic. After you get a quote and sign everything, they will raise your monthly rent by 10-20 dollars and say the demand on the computer just increase. The apartment looks nice outside, but they have outdated appliances (washing machine, dryer & dish washer) try to pay close attention when you check the room. The apartments are really noisy I mean you can hear the footsteps more than usual. It didn't bother me when I was living at the dorms, but trust me its not some minor complaints on my part. The dog poop are all over the place, because most of the tenants don't pick up the poop (mofos, not a minor issue!). The management don't care at all and I guarantee you'll be having the fresh scent of dog crap in the morning. The maintenance guys are awesome, because they fix things quickly. There are people on the management that have bad attitude just because you have no idea what the hell they are saying (the russian woman). I heard that somebody got mugged near their apartments, rape and drug deals but I have not personally witness them. The only positive things that I can say about this place is that its near Owings Mills Mall, Giant supermarket and the Metro that goes to Baltimore City. Overall, avoid this place because you can find better quality apartments with lower price in this area.
