I just wanted to comment on the previous remarks concerning Red Run Trash.. I live in that area where the picture was taken for the over flow of trash. The resident chose not to give you a real close up to see tht a couch from a resident was put in the dumpster it probably came from the person taking the pic which caused the over flow.. the trash hauler want take it. (Tht what I was told)As for maintenance they due a great job. And for the person with the fruit flyes why don't you start cleaning up your apt maybe tht would help.. If you take the time to put bad comments on this web site you don't have a life.

Yes, as I agree with others...you must be a new tenant. Soon you will see that Red Run was not a good place to live.

I also live in the area where the trash built up, and I figured it was because somebody had thrown a sofa in the dumpster. But, people at apartments throw away furniture all the time. Why did RR management let the trash sit there for two weeks instead of taking care of the problem on the first day?

This picture was posted before the mattress incident and it's a different area. Since this is obviously a Red Run employee that posted this comment, I'm sure they already know that. Who else would get on here just to defend them?

If the photo were a one time occurence that would be one thing, but the person who wrote this must not be home on Sunday afternoons. This is all too common. The trash problem is horrible.

wow. i didn't realize there was so many unhappy people at the complex. i'm only on the site today to check for the rental office phone number. is the phone disconnected? aside from that i say this; put your trash IN the trash can! can't tell you how many times i've seen trash beside the trash can. are you too lovely to put your trash in the trash can?? can't tell you how often i've seen the maintanence staff picking up our trash putting it in the trash can! Pick up after your own designer dog. are you too lovely to pick up after your two designer dogs? i've stepped over steaming piles with no dogs in sight. i often wonder if they poop and fly away with their lovely owners. there isn't enough maintanence to pick up after these freakin' dogs! lets take some responsiblity...having said that ... is the rental office phone really disconnected???

what do you care if it's disconnected...whether it is or it isn't the fact that you call it and can't get anyone should tell you that this is not a good place to live. As for the trash, yes it is a constant problem, not just that one occasion that was photographed.
