We have been here exactly one year now and have hated living here and can not wait till we move out. The management staff at this place is hands down the laziest, dumbest and all around worst management staff in Owings Mills. When you walk into the office and look at those trophies from "great" service. Notice they over 4 years old and there is a reason for that. Any request to have something worked on in the apartment went unanswered. Over the summer our AC was horrible and would not get cold. Our energy bills were over 300 dollars and we had made over ten request for work to be done. Till this day nothing has ever been done. The interior hallways are constantly filled with trash and leaves. The dumpsters are always overflowing. The worst part about the whole thing is that we were supposed to move out on Feb. 1st. Well you have to give 60 days notice before moving out. We'll obviously over a year you forget these things and a good staff would be able to get you a simple letter notifying you to make a notice if you plan to. Well we got the letter the day of our 60th day and this was after their closing the office at 5. We went there to fight the fact we got the letter till the day of and did not read it till after their closing. they told us no. Charged us an extra 400 dollars to stay here for another month and now can not move out until the beginning of march.
