What can I say about this place, the trash just piles up, maintenance takes forever, there is dog crap everywhere, and the staff is completely rude! Oh and check out the beautiful graffiti from some of the fantastic tenants they let in here.

First off we had a pipe burst outside our apt that cause water to flood our apt along with the two apts below us. It took over 2 hrs for the idiots to get the water shut off and in the meantime slamed the leasing office door in our face twice. Then they told us that our new cabinets wouldn't be in for two weeks. We they got there in a week and a half, and they proceeded to take all of our kitchen stuff and just place them anywhere they could find room to put the new ones in. Well when they were done they refused to put our kitchen stuff back in so our stuff was every where.

It took them over a month to fix everything and in the meantime proceed to completely trash the place. Their supposed reputable contractors had to replace our base boards but what they didn't do is put any kind of protection over our stuff before they saw cut the wood with nothing to catch the saw dust, oh and let me tell you they created one heck of a mess repairing the dry wall. Basically everything was covering in that fine dry wall dust. Well I made a point that they needed to clean our stuff and they said they would. Their idea of cleaners is two guys out of a beat up explorer with one multi-purpose cleaner and some rags to wipe stuff down. Basically i had them redo it twice and they still couldn't do it right.

All in all the staff was absolutely rude and inconsiderate throughout this whole ordeal and we never got one ounce of sympathy or at least an apology. If you feel like over paying for a run down apt with old everything and getting treated like SH&T then move in at Red Run. Otherwise run away as fast as you possibly can!!!!!!

Hello! I would like to thank you for your post, I will most definately not move into thise place. I haven't even looked at it and from the pictures on the website make it look gorgeuos and quite and safe. I am 24 and live alone, this is most definately NOT what I am looking for in a apartment home. Thank you for your post!
