Overall:
I have lived here almost 3 years. Location is good, because of the metro, but that's about it. The office staff used to be great. Now it is horrible. Very rude and nasty. I am moving in a month and can't wait. The apartment it self is ok, but not worth the money they want anymore. The structure of the apartment is awful. I pay about $130 a month in electricity for a one bed room (windows bleed energy in these buildings). Last summer they were going to "change" the frames around the windows because they were aware of the issue..... never happened. This place is expensive to live in, but build quality is cheap, cheap, cheap.
Safety:
People are constantly hanging out in the stair wells. I've had to report teenagers smoking marijuana several times in the stair wells close to the underground parking.
Conclusion:
Staff== rude and act like they're doing you a favor ( only person that is helpful and cares about you as a consumer is "Tamara" )
Price= one bed room ( 2009 price is going up to $ 990 ($805 2 years ago when I moved in)
Grounds= constant trash issue, the pictures that someone else posted are not far fetched
Safety= OK.. I guess if you don't mind thugs hanging around
I have taken this time to write this review so someone else can avoid going through this unnecessary crap.

Unbelievable! Last year, Red Run had a rating close to 70% (one of the highest in Owings Mills). Now it is 47%! Imagine how low the rating would be if all of the positive old reviews (before the new management took over) were removed! Red Run - FIRST TO WORST!!!
