I'm currently a resident at red run. I'm going on my second year and I cant wait 'till my lease is up so i can move OUT!!!! Im so upset because when i decided to move to this area brookside commons and red run were my first choices however brookside was out of my price range. I've decided when my lease is up (if i dont break it) that im going to have to bite the bullet and spend a couple more dollars and move just down the street, where i originally wanted to live, to brookside commons. Its so unfortunate that management, grounds, maitenance, my building dont meet the expectations for what i pay. I definitely have way too many complaints and/or concerns to explain in my message today, however, just know that the pictures you see and the other posting you are read are true! Agents in the leasing office are terribly rude and the lack of organzational skills are unreal. i really could go on and on but im not cuz i think you probably get the idea. But from a person already paying a arm and leg to live here take my advise and add "anotha" leg and get what you deserve!!!
