I only lived here for about 6 months and it was "okay" overall. My biggest issue was that I lived on the bottom floor and I could always hear the people above me. It often times sounded like they were moving furniture around at 3am. I could even hear the guy upstairs peeing! Besides that, I had no major issues. Our air conditioning stopped working one day and maintenance was literally there within 10 minutes. I had a dog at the apartment and felt perfectly safe walking him at night around the complex. Some of the dumpsters did overflow on occassion, but it was usually the ones that were farthest away from the apartments. The apartment itself was extremely spacious. After I moved out, however, they charged me about $1200 for a whole new carpet because of a few tiny scratches from my dog. Overall though, this apartment was pretty nice for the price. I only moved out because of my hour commute to work.
