my family of four at richmar was very pleasant,the apartment itself was very beautiful,never had any promblems with maintenance that i encountered,neighbors were friendly, agents in the office met your needs, they didn?t tollerate any non sense on their property,if there was a problem they sure will take care of it. if there is any distubance there would be a written notice that you would receive to vacate the premises in a mannerly form. there is always sometype of notification. yes i would refer

your apartment complex to others.
