Our experience at Richmar Apartments has been horrible. From the loud music all hours of the night and day to the leaky pipes to neighbors selling drugs in the hallway & their apartment to the rude staff in the rental office, there?s nothing but constant drama at Richmar. When we first moved in everything seemed like it would be perfect. Too bad we were definitely deceived. The major issue has been the maintenance response and resolution time. If you are even lucky enough to get through on their "emergency answering service", don't expect someone to show up until at least 4-5 hours later. Then when the "maintenance" tech does show up, he will have the audacity to act like you are an inconvenience to him. Of course I had nothing else better to do at 2:00 AM but sit around waiting for him to finally show up and fix the leaky pipe and/or toilet. Speaking of toilets, if you move there make sure that you have 2 bathrooms so if one breaks down, you'll have a spare to use because it could be a day or two before it?s fixed. Tamara the leasing lady, oh she?ll be nice and sweet as sugar until you sign that lease then she?ll treat you like crap because she got what she wanted. Stay away from Richmar. It will bring you nothing but headaches and frustration.
