I've been at Richmar for 5 months and I don't have any complaints. The owner is extremely, extremely nice and knows me by name. My apartment is beautiful, with a new kitchen and a new bathroom. The neighbors have never been loud. Occassionally, I'll hear people walking above me, but nothing else. The only concern is that the parking lot is a little scary at night. I'm a female living alone and the parking lot isn't lit very well. I haven't had any problems yet though! The people aren't overly friendly, but they aren't mean either. Everyone keeps to themselves, which is fine with me.
