Not bad

I've been here for 5 months, and for what the apartment is it's not bad. I had to find an apartment quickly, and this was the only complex that had an opening in my time frame.
The rent, for the area, isn't bad. True, the windows leak and the walls are thin, but expenses haven't been off the chart. I've only heard the people in the apartment next to me, and that's only because their son is a loud brat!
Any problems I've had have been fixed quickly, but because I'm not here during the day, I never see the maintenance guys. My only complaint is that they don't clean up after themselves.
I've never had a problem with the front staff. It's amazing what a smile will do!
The laundry room scares me. I take mine elsewhere. Single girl, creepy room on the basement floor... who needs that'
The amount of notes that are put up near the front walkway warning about strangers and such are not exactly what I want to see, but I haven't seen any of these "dangerous" people.
For what it is, it isn't a bad place. I will be upgrading when my lease is up, but my time here hasn't been bad at all.
