Thin walls, rattling doors, outlets that
trip the circuit breakers, everywhere you look -------- congregating outside talking loudly on their cell phones in Spanish working on their cars or hot rodding around blasting Mexican music. A real "barrio"! If you're a woman, they will be sure to leer at you everytime you are going to/from the apartment. The management does not have a problem with this (they think this is just being prejudiced against --------) and they will charge you 3 months rent if you break your lease to move out of their hell-hole in spite of legitimate reasons to move! Like personal safety! Also, a drunk Mexican man in a truck slammed into 2 parked cars crushing them together like a trash compactor. This was 20 feet away from where I was parked! Could have been ME!

I'm a single woman living at richmar apartments, i'm agree with this person.. I'm also ---------, but i don't agree how the rental office permited that 8 to 10 poeple can live in one bedroom apartment. I have take this to the rental office, and the respond was'well when they rent is for one o two people, but they bring more
