I'm a single woman living at richmar apartments, i'm agree with this person.. About the --------, but there not just the -------- , they have a lot ilegal from central america too... Last week, i call the police. There were two --------- women rolling in the mod. roommates, each one with there own boyfriends. Living in a one bedroom apartment. by the way, the apartment was rent 10 months ago to another couple, wich left and come this 4 people. On of this woman seat in the front door , speaking spanish very load. She don't like it when i close my balcony. Couse i don't care about her bussiness.I'm from south america, but i don't agree how the rental office permited that 8 to 10 poeple can live in one bedroom apartment. I have take this to the rental office, and the respond was'well when they rent is for one o two people, but they bring more people with us knowing it about it...
I wish i can fined an apartment they allow dogs. thats the main reazon i move in here, at that moment was the only one. That toke me with my dog.. And a piss me off, that i pay my rent plus the dogs too..Lol
And then i see 8 people move to an apt wich rent is 724monthy, and this ilegals pay 100 dollars each.. One a salvadorian beat me up, couse a day before, i call his atention about playing ths laod music from his car , at 5 am.. I have call the police, and the officer toll me to shup up or will arrest me. And toll this guy, that if he want to prest charge on me, he(the police)will testefid on his favor.. This person, was living with his wife 2 chid, and 8 adults. In a 2 bedroom apartment, when i call the rental office. They only said- don't borry, they moving out in two months,, have a nice day. Two week ago some people move on top of my apartment, is a hard wood floor. Also a one bedroom apartment, well is 4 poeple living there too. Ofcourse it was news for the rental offices, couse i complain about the noises.. It feel like a have 12 hourse running ontop of me!

In the reviewee's defense, she probably is a considerate neighbor that would like it quiet at appropriate hours of the night. I agree with you marcella99. That is the top reason I am leaving when my lease is up also. It's a shame when poor management allows good tenants to leave due to rude neighbors.

YES, YES YES, I live here too, and my lease is up in MAy- I'm out- The management Is Awful! She lets the Good tenants leave- the bad ones just keep pouring in! and them --------.. they are the worst- and the KIDS! Lord have Mercy!. not to mentionthe loud @ss people stomping upstairs! I hate this place- it fools you ..
