Management allow undesireable tenants to stay instead of evicting for the good of the community. I had a petty drug dealer in my building. I have neighbors that track mud from their work site into the building. Persistent problem with roach infestation that management refuses to handle properly. They will do spot treatments instead of treating the entire building. Roaches go from one apartment to the other in a couple of month cycle. The biggest problem I encountered was loud music. I have called the police approximately 20 times to report loud music in the building or parking lot. I was without air conditioning for 3 weeks last August. I suffered tremendously.
