The thing(s) I find wrong with Richarmar Apartments are as folows:

1. The management does not get it into their skulls that not everyone gets paid at the some time, and so if you are 1 or 2 days late with the rent. They charge you late fees, court fillings, etc. The LAW says that they cannot charge court fees untill after 30 days late.

2. The rent is TOO high; rent this high should include all utilities.

3. Too much noice in the parking lot with all those uneducated people playing rap music and mexican music very load in the parking lot. Then when they drink beer, they just throw their empty bottles on the ground. They don't bother to put them in the damster.

4. Those so-called ------ men, when they drikin beer, then they have to go to the restroom, they do not go to their apartments to used the bathroom, they pee on the dumpster,etc., then act like they d id not do anything wrong.

5. There are far too many kids playing in the parking lot. These Kids should play in their rooms. they should not be allowed in the parking lot. And the stupied parents are not watching them; then when a kid gets kidnapped, that dumm parent does not know what to do.

6. Animal are better behaved than those kids.
